Driving box office sales has always been Disney's main objective, but tracking campaign effectiveness across multiple channels was challenging. To address this, we developed a conversational bot that bridged the gap between initial interactions and ticket sales, allowing fans to buy movie tickets instantly once they engaged with a social post. From one movie to the entire brand, 'The Bot Office' debuted with the box office release of Avengers: Infinity War in 🇸🇬 and 🇵🇭 and was later used for all the Disney releases.

The conversion rate increased overall from 58% to 68% as we refined the purchase funnel
